The first step of this technique is hand-cutting fine strips of leather. The pattern is then woven over a cotton warp in a small and antique loom, where only one or two meters can be made each day. A unique and sophisticated texture with a strong identity is thus created, and then applied to different design objects, such as chairs, armchairs, cushions, and all kinds of furniture.
